How we see things in life determines what is REAL for us – perception is reality. It can be no other way. Just like you can buy into a concept or buy a material object, you can buy into a thought form just as easily. If you allow yourself to identify with the mind and buy into its thought projections, you OWN them – allowing them to become your own.
If you do not like the thoughts that you are experiencing, do not give them any credence by energizing them. Let them go. A thought is just a thought, it is not who you are unless you have given over your control to it.
If you begin to buy into the thoughts that others hold about you, you will begin to own them and you will start identifying with them for better or worse. For example, if you are worried that your boss doesn’t think very highly of the work you are doing, you will begin to identify with that thought form and begin to manifest it. What you buy into is yours. Before making any purchase, it is first wise to do the work… do you identify with this thought? Is it constructive to be identifying with this thought? Will this thought form be beneficial to your life if you choose to buy into it? It is wise to remember that any and all thoughts are just that… thoughts. They have absolutely no bearing on your life unless you allow it. Why turn over the keys when you are the one who is best qualified to be driving? Get back into the drivers seat, take back control of your mind and only buy into the thoughts that YOU want to own.
