In our society, we generally tend to be sleepwalking through life. This means that we are on automatic pilot in our minds. We are so not connected to the present moment and so lacking in mindfulness that we continually misstep along our paths. You know that you are sleepwalking when life does not flow easefully. When you are constantly faced with frustrations, delays and errors, it is time to take a step back and breathe. This is your soul’s cry to you to slow down and connect to the present moment.
When you are truly connected to the present moment, you connect to the flow of life, the universal flow that is there to carry everyone along on their paths. Life gets easier when you are connected to the moment. You find yourself where you need to be at exactly the right time with exactly the right people. Things flow joyously and effortlessly.
Take a look at your life; does it seem as if things are not flowing for you lately? If so, stop and take a breath, connect to your source, be mindful. In the process of living in the moment, you will connect to your life’s path with ease and grace. This path is much easier and more comfortable then the path that leads you head first into walls. Time to wake up from your slumber and find an easier way to flow through your life.
